A comfortable surprise amidst chaos

The bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They worked hard to assist with directions and local tips.

The bathroom cleanliness could use some serious attention. There were signs of neglect, leaving me uncomfortable during my shower. The internet was also unreliable.

The rooms were clean, however see comment about using too much freshener.

Way too much air freshener! Bring your inhaler if you have asthma or breathing problems. Pillows were very lumpy and were only half the size of a normal size pillow. Not enough parking.

They liked my little dog and were helpful with the toilet clog we had.

The staff was friendly and tried to assist.

The shower curtain rod was too high, leaving water all over the bathroom floor. When I asked for help, the response I got was quite unhelpful, saying it was beyond her job scope. My request for a ground floor room was not met.

Quiet little and great hotel, had such great stay.

I went to complain that the toilet was about to overflow and the young girl at the reception handed me a plunger. It seems like they have no other staff to take of things like that. But we had no other problems.

Breakfast at 6:00h, room clean and not noisy. All what was needed.

Orangejuice - was awful.

Excellent place with its wi-fi, free parking, and tv. On my first stay, the staff helped me with evening plans. I recommend checking the coffee quality!

Excellent Experience with Friendly Staff!

The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the helpful staff who went the extra mile to accommodate us. I loved the cozy beds with a restful night after a long day exploring. Don't miss out on the nearby dining options-so convenient and tasty!

Location was great, close to university. For the price, it was OK.

I don't prefer to stay in motels that offer access directly from the outside and our room was on the ground floor. Noisy outside at night, the breakfast offerings were below par so we did IHOP across the street instead. Wouldn't stay there again.

Little hotel located in a downtown area adjacent to an available outlet, and football stadium. Nicely updated, huge room with clean sheets and a shower, for instance! Excellent friendly staff, quick check in.

Quite rude staff!

The room was super clean, and the beds provided a comfortable night's sleep. It felt fresh and cute, unlike other places i've been.
